Before the workshop
December 1st, 2008
Submit your presentation title to the workshop secretariat by email (isie-asia@sntt.or.jp). The title of your presentation should fit into the session theme. Please refer http://www.sntt.or.jp/isie-asia/program.html for your information. In addition, we will highly appreciate your sending supporting materials (powerpoint slides up to 8 slides and/or abstract up to 2 pages in A4 format) for your presentation at this time. Please use the file server which you were informed by email from the
organizing committee when when you submit the supporting materials.
December 5th, 2008
Supporting materials for your presentation will be accepted by this date, which, then, will be printed in grayscale to be delivered for the audience.
After the workshop
January 5th, 2009
All the speakers are asked to submit a proceeding paper for your presentation by this date. Please follow the instruction available on the web: http://www.sntt.or.jp/isie-asia/note.html. The proceeding paper you submit will be then organized with other information as workshop proceedings, which will be delivered to you in digital format.
